About Teresa Edwards
Hi, I’m Teresa Edwards. I’ve lived in Oklahoma for over 30 years, but I’ll always carry the heart of my West Virginia roots with me. My husband, Chris, and I love spending time outdoors—whether we’re biking, hiking, or wandering through historical sites on a spontaneous road trip. We’re always up for an adventure.
I’m a lifelong learner at heart. I’m endlessly curious, always reading, reflecting, or tending to something—whether that’s a relationship, a garden, or a new idea. I find peace in the little things: nurturing my plants, spending time with my four sweet cats, or simply being still.
The work I do is an extension of who I am. I care deeply about connection, grace, and walking with others through life’s ups and downs. If we get the chance to work together, my hope is that you’ll feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow into the fullest version of yourself.

I currently serve as an adjunct professor in the School of Psychology and Counseling at Regent University, where I especially enjoy teaching courses like counseling psychology, family systems theory, and marriage counseling.
